All products shipped from Brevet, Inc. are delivered FOB (Free on Board) our dock. This means that once your order is picked up by your specified carrier from our facility, the responsibility and ownership of the goods transfer to you, the customer.

Brevet’s Commitment to Safe Delivery Your product’s safe arrival is important to us. Brevet, Inc. has drop tests on file, performed by Federal Express, to ensure our packaging is robust enough to protect our products, no matter where in the world they are headed.

Damage or Loss in Transit As the customer, you are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs while your order is in transit. If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost, Brevet, Inc. is here to assist. We will work with you by helping to track the package or by providing documentation for any claims you need to file with your carrier.
